Thai Pineapple Rice
Hello lovely people!
I have just made pineapple rice (with real pineapple!) today and am quite proud of it! Among other ingredients were crabmeat, red onions, carrots and garnished with fried onions. Yum yum! :)
To add to the happy news, my bandwidth has been increased to 6 GB this month! Just in time to watch American Idol. :) Of course, this merits another pretty photo of my pineapple rice.
