Flora - Not many flowers in winter here. :) Ok, I'd love to upload more photos but I'm saving my bandwidth for American Idol and voip calls. :D
From top left clockwise: French toast (egg with fried onions); fish and chips; potatoes with egg, onion, crabmeat and topped with pepper; prawn noodles with broccoli, crabmeat and egg.
Just got back from Carrefour and there were sales. :) Bought a lovely pillowcase at 75% off (2 euros!), 3 sets of socks (1 set - 3 socks; Buy 2 sets, get 1 free!), dishwashing liquid (Buy 2, get 1 free) and plenty more. In dire times like these, especially for the poor exchange student in expensive Europe, one needs to think long term!
I've been thinking about what to cook for the past hour; this is what happens when you suddenly have an abundance of ingredients at hand! I think I shall save my chicken drumsticks and cook something good tomorrow. Stay tuned eh? :) |
